Generative AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, have had rapid growth in competency and capacity in the past few months. Many news reports have focused on the impact of ChatGPT in an educational setting. Join us on September 28, when members from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences will discuss AI Tools for medical educators. This session will present ideas for the use of AI tools in a medical education setting, describe possible learning impacts, and review early policies and ethical frameworks related to generative AI. We will also highlight how some AI tools work and provide you with some applications for learning and assessment. This session will be presented by Dr. Clifton Dalgard, Dr. Joshua Duncan, Dr. Vincent Capaldi, Dr. Greg Booth, Dr. Beth Steinbach, Dr. Seth Schobel, Mr. Sean Baker, and Dr. Dina Kurzweil.
