Bio
Earnest "Mack" McCarty is a professional land surveyor and chief of the geospatial section of the Hunting District of the United States Army Corp of engineers. He is the former president and current vice president of the WVSPS. In 2022, McCarty was selected as the WVSPS Surveyor of the Year.
