Abstract Submission deadline: May 23, 2023 11:59 PM EDT

The Association of STEMM Pathway and Bridge Programs (ASPBP) is pleased to announce the call for presentation abstracts for the ASPBP Conference to be held virtually from October 4-5, 2023. The ASPBP Conference provides opportunities to connect with and learn from others who share the same passion for justice, equity, diversity and inclusion essential for STEMM disciplines. The annual ASPBP conference will provide you with new teaching techniques, ideas and resources.

Proposals should fit into one of five formats:

• Mini Workshop
• Short Research Presentation
• Roundtable Discussion/Problem-Solving Session
• Program Description
• Panel Discussion

Due to the virtual format, we encourage you to research innovative ways to virtually engage participants. Collaborative submissions are encouraged!

All submissions will undergo peer review using the following criteria: clarity of the proposal, the quality of content in the proposal, and interest to the ASPBP community. Potential presenters are encouraged to illustrate the innovative nature and/or timeliness of the content to be presented.

Although you may submit as many abstracts as you wish, we ask that you please understand that multiple accepted presentations can create scheduling complexities. While we try to take schedule conflicts into account, we cannot guarantee specific presentation days/times.

Author decisions will be sent in August 2023. If accepted, the presenter of the abstract will be required to register for the conference by the early bird deadline.

ANY abstract without a registered presenter will be removed from the program.
