Large companies have internal accounting, human resources, and legal departments. While small companies do not have these resources, they still need to provide them. This course is intended to help the small business owner with reminders of what businesses need outside of professional services, and provide some direction on how to best use the resources you have. This course will provide an overview of business formation, contracts, record keeping, human resources, information technology, and outside services. Small business owners need to realize when they need help and where to get it.
