 ly\, document and communicate their accomplishments and competencies as a 
 leader\, and effectively navigate key professional relationships. Particip
 ants will identify strategies to diversify their network\, to be sponsored
  and sponsor others and will create an explicit personal professional deve
 lopment plan to advance towards their ideal leadership role. This workshop
  will also advance the career of the participants through providing time t
 o network and to initiate potential mentoring and collaborative relationsh
 ips amongst the attendees.
