Poster Presenter Information
Below is an example of the boards that we will be using to display posters.
- Posters are to be printed to fit within 36 inches (91 centimeters) tall by 36 inches (91 centimeters) wide
- Velcro and/or pins will be provided for hanging your poster
- Poster setup: Sunday, June 14 before 1:00pm.
- Poster viewing session
- EVEN numbered posters: Sunday, June 14 from 4:30pm - 5:45pm
- ODD numbered posters: Monday, June 15 from 1:45pm - 3:00pm
- Make sure to find your poster number ahead of time. The posters are separated by topic.
- Posters need to be removed from the boards on Tuesday, June 16 by 10:00am.
