Anne Stahr, MS, the Director of Faculty Development Programming at the School of Medicine and Public Health at the University of Wisconsin-Madison (UW-Madison). My qualifications and experience are primarily within higher education, adult education, educational leadership and technology. I completed my undergraduate degrees in Australia and my master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I am currently a doctoral student in the Education Leadership and Policy Analysis Program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, anticipated graduation 2022. I embarked on my education career as a faculty member in K-12 schools in Australia where I quickly transitioned to faculty development and supporting teaching and learning technology in the district, school and classroom. My entry into higher education instruction began in a part time faculty position at a community college and competency based IT training delivery in Australia. I have been working in medical education in the US since 2013. My teaching and facilitation experiences run the gamut from faculty development workshops in medicine, higher education, k-12 education, online delivery modalities and continuing education in various subjects. My research interests and activities are numerous and revolve around teaching, educational interventions, unconscious bias, mentoring and educational evaluation.
