Erin Barry, MS, is Assistant Professor of Military & Emergency Medicine at Uniformed Services University, Bethesda, MD. For the past seven years, she has developed leadership education and development programs that integrate research, curricula, and assessment within the School of Medicine, School of Nursing, and Graduate Education Office. She is also the President of the Innovations and Leadership Special Interest Group within the SGEA/AAMC. She is currently working on her PhD in Health Professions Education focusing on leadership and followership within healthcare education.
