Vanessa De La Rosa, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Biochemistry in the Department of Biomedical Sciences at the Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine. She serves as Senior Advisor to the Animas River Advisory College and Faculty Advisor to the Biochemistry Interest Group. She has more than 10 years of experience in working with and supporting underrepresented and first-generation students.
