Dr. Miranda Robledo Amezcua is a licensed physician, medical educator, and higher education leader. Dr. Robledo has over 10+ years of experience working in private and public hospitals. Experienced in medical accreditation compliance (CIFRHS, MX-DOE, COMAEM, US-DOE, New York Medical Board, California Medical Board, Florida Medical Board, among others), simulations-based curriculum development, and integration, medical education curricular design and redesign. Experienced in ER administration. Former internship year program director for LAMAR, UAG, and UdeG medical students at Mexico-Americano Hospital. 7+ years as a faculty professor and former clinical skills associate dean, teaching microbiology, pharmacology, and clinical skills, since 2022 - present she is the Academic Director of UAG School of Medicine. BLS and ACLS "AHA" certified instructor. Graduated MEd., and PhD in education with honors. Author of several published articles.
