The goal of this basic workshop is to get informed about our journal. We will discuss the different types of articles submitted to MSE and their specific characteristics. The roles and responsibilities of the reviewer will be outlined and some examples of reviews will be shared and discussed. By the end of the workshop, the participants will be able to identify the key steps of the review process, describe the article types in the journal and have a stronger sense of what makes a quality review.
