He currently serves as the Vice Principal & Professor of Biochemistry and Heads the Department of Medical Education, Clinical Skills & Simulation and Bioethics at Panimalar Medical College Hospital & Research Institute, Chennai, India. His expertise in Medical Education is evidenced by the award of prestigious Joint Masters in Health Professions Education (JMHPE), from Maastricht University, The Netherlands, and Suez Canal University, Egypt and Masters in Health Professions Education (MHPE) from Keele University, UK.
