Bobbie Ann “BA” Adair White, EdD, MA is an educator, coach, and consultant, teaching in the following content areas: conflict management, teams in medicine, leadership, emotional intelligence, and education. Additionally, she is an author for Cultivating Leadership In Medicine, which helps teach leadership in medicine as well as helps institutions create leadership programs. BA has two primary roles: an Associate Professor at Massachusetts General Hospitals’ Institute of Health Professions’ Health Professions Education programs, and she serves as Vice Chair for Faculty Development and Research in the Dept. of Surgery at Baylor Scott and White Health
