Rebecca Kapusta is a current Senior Program Coordinator and Ph.D. Candidate in Kinesiology at The Ohio State University. Rebecca received her Bachelor’s degree as a K-12 Intervention Specialist from Baldwin Wallace University and Master's degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from The Ohio State University. She has worked within the field for eight years, and specifically with second-year students for four years. Her daily work focuses on the development and success of second-year students while connecting them to Faculty Mentors and high impact practices.
