Dr. Toni Greenslade-Smith is the Director of Housing Administration and former Director of Operations for the Second-year Transformational Experience Program (STEP). Her current focus is on building inclusive residential environments which help students reach their personal and professional goals. She has overseen the administrative practices of the STEP program including cohort placement, proposal and budget review, and fund disbursement and reconciliation.
