Description

Intro: This interactive session focuses on enhancing professional and leadership skills for students and interns by understanding and adapting to individual strengths. Participants will explore a variety of personality assessments including CliftonStrengths, DISC, Myers-Briggs, and Enneagram personality assessments to identify their unique traits and learn strategies for collaboration in diverse teams. Attendees will practice stretching beyond their comfort zones, adapting to others’ strengths, and creating inclusive environments where everyone can contribute effectively. By the end of the session, participants will have actionable tools to improve communication, foster teamwork, and lead with confidence.   Objectives:

  • Identify personal leadership and communication styles using personality assessments and explain how these traits influence team dynamics.
  • Apply strategies to adapt to diverse strengths and create inclusive, collaborative environments that enhance teamwork and professional effectiveness.
  • Demonstrate practical techniques for improving communication and leadership confidence through interactive activities designed to foster adaptability and resilience.
