Description
Moderated by: Gaetano Lotrecchiano, George Washington University
This talk explores how large language models (LLMs) are reshaping research workflows, team dynamics, and stakeholder engagement. From code assistants to research co-designers, LLMs challenge many traditional notions of agency, trust, authorship, and dissemination. We’ll examine emerging models of human–AI collaboration, ethical guardrails, and what it means to study, lead, and support research teams that include machines. We’ll consider how to responsibly integrate LLMs into interdisciplinary teams and what this shift might mean for the future of scientific collaboration.
