Dr. Gemma Jiang is a team science leadership expert specializing in coaching and facilitating cross-disciplinary research teams addressing complex scientific and societal challenges. She holds a PhD in Complexity Leadership from Clemson University and currently serves as a senior team scientist at Colorado State University.
