Dr. Gemma Jiang is a team science leadership expert specializing in coaching and facilitating cross-disciplinary research teams addressing complex scientific and societal challenges. She holds a PhD in Complexity Leadership from Clemson University and currently serves as a senior team scientist at Colorado State University. She has extensive experience supporting NSF and NIH funded projects. Her work strengthens collaborative capacity, builds coherence and vision alignment, and cultivates adaptive leadership practices that help teams navigate uncertainty, integrate diverse expertise, and accelerate scientific progress.
