In our everyday lives we play various mentoring types of roles in our student’s and colleagues’ lives. Having these types of effective relationships are important for both professional and personal growth. The purpose of this workshop is to provide participants the opportunity to differentiate the role of mentees, mentors, coaches, sponsors, and connectors and deploy acquired tools to make these relationships effective for them.
