To cultivate a culture of learning, a facilitator must create a positive learning environment. In order to develop rich discussions during TBL modules, the learners must enter a space where they feel safe to collaborate within and between teams. To ensure productivity in a TBL module, events must be organized with clear and consistent communication of expectations that adhere to an agenda. In the Effective Facilitation workshop, we will discuss the art of prompting engagement and accountability in the learner through interactive questions while managing the flow and timing of the TBL module.
