This workshop examines a strategy employed to improve the quality of TBL sessions delivered at a particular institution. The process of assessing the baseline status of TBL, designing targeted interventions based on the status analysis, and assessing the effectiveness of those interventions will be described. Strategies for translating TBL quality improvement initiatives into scholarly work will be analyzed, with the opportunity for participants to develop potential strategies for similar initiatives at their own institutes.
