We continue to adapt our course design and teaching methodologies to meet our stakeholders' needs by offering flexible participation methods for select students. Our learner-type classifications continue to serve us well administratively and we have had success in creating equitable learning environments to meet the competencies required for interprofessional education. Now we want to address the impacts of flexible participation methods on building and maintaining team cohesion in interprofessional healthcare teams and education.
