Dr. Williams teaches Foundational Sciences at the University of Western States. She is a certified team-based learning Trainer-Consultant and Chair of the Education Development Committee in the TBLC. At UWS, Dr. Williams leads the community of research practice to support peers and students in developing research ideas. Her research interests are to explore student perceptions about how aspects of a quality learning environment can enhance metacognitive and self-regulated learning skills and evaluative judgement toward promoting professionalism and interprofessional collaboration. Dr. Williams enjoys hiking, camping, and cooking colorful meals for my family.
