Bio
Michael Glenn is Orangebox’s Director of Development & Innovation. With 30 years’ experience of working in the public, private and voluntary sector he brings a balance of credibility and enthusiasm to the training room and can quickly build rapport with learners at all levels.

His career takes in roles in secondary education, learning & development and welfare to work across employers including Middlesbrough Football Club, Centrepoint and A4e.

Michael’s role at Orangebox sees him involved in the design and delivery of a range of training provision, working with companies such as Capgemini, Equans, UPP and The Banks Group to provide engaging activity for teams and individuals.

He has adopted the principles of TBL to support his workshop delivery and supports fellow L&D practitioners to understand the benefits and impact of the approach within corporate training and professional development settings.
