This plenary session will explore leveraging TBL to encourage and develop a sense of belonging among students. Attendees will discuss the core elements of TBL and consider how existing features of TBL lead to a sense of belonging. In addition, attendees will explore ideas for enhancing TBL delivery to promote a sense of belonging. To anchor these discussions, a brief review of published evidence connecting TBL with student belonging will be presented.
