Are you struggling with only having 24 hours in a day? This workshop will provide attendees with the opportunity to engage with artificial intelligence (AI) instruments to help as a partner in our work as faculty and/or administrators. We will focus applying the Eisenhower model outlining urgent and necessary tasks within our academic responsibilities in alignment with AI. The 3D Eisenhower model on how urgent and necessary as task is, coupled with the leader’s desire to engage in the task, will provide a pathway to leverage AI in ways that save us time and help us best use our energy in ways that leverage our strengths.
