Albert T. Stoddard III, Ph.D., P.E., has over 45 years of experience in civil and transportation engineering. He has served as Project Manager for many coordinated transportation plans, rural transit plans, tribal transit plans, and transit service plans for small and medium sized cities. He was a Principal of LSC Transportation Consultants, Inc. and now serves as a Senior Advisor to the firm. His experience includes developing transit plans throughout the country for small cities, rural areas, and Native American Tribes. He has conducted training in financial management for the Community Transportation Association of America (CTAA) and many states.
