Mary Hedrick is a Procurement Counselor with RCAC-PTAC located in Athens, WV. Mary is a 2004 graduate of Concord University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in management. Prior to working for RCAC Mary was a retail store director and part of new store builds. Mary spent 5 years as a stay-at-home mom. After her daughter began school, Mary was a substitute teacher for the Mercer County Board of Education. Mary began working for RCAC in September of 2018. Mary’s office is located at her alma matter Concord University. Mary assists small businesses throughout the state of West Virginia with local, state and federal government contracting
