This program will be an in-depth review of the 2016 Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys which became effective in February 2016.  In addition, the program will include important information on, and reasons for, the changes from the previous 2011 version.  The program also takes a fresh look at the measurement standard - relative positional precision.
