Description
GIS for Surveyors Part 1 is designed to enable surveyors to better understand the role of GIS both within Architecture and Engineering (A&E) projects and outside of these traditional standards. Students will gain a grasp of the usage and limitations of existing data, liabilities, State laws governing GIS and Surveying, and the creation of their own GIS datasets. Real-world empirical data will be used to show actual examples. Question and Answer period afterward, and information for on-site class availability
