Timothy Kinder is an accomplished Surveyor with more than 30 years of surveying experience. His expertise spans a wide range of surveying disciplines, including GPS control, boundary, topographic and utility surveys, transportation surveys, civil and heavy highway construction staking, building layout, Mobile LiDAR and 3D scanning data collection, analysis, and processing. He excels in point cloud registration, 3D mesh creation and modeling, as well as subdivision and land development planning.
Currently, as a Design Survey Manager, Timothy coordinates with third-party survey vendors for all design-level survey control and base mapping needed for construction projects ranging from $50M to $4B. His projects are all over the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the US Virgin Islands.
