Cory Williams has over 25 years of land surveying experience. He is a highly skilled and versatile Professional Land Surveyor specializing in railroad applications. Mr. Williams has an extensive background in providing surveying services to Class-I railroads throughout the eastern US. These services have included survey management and oversight on complex rail assignments, asset management and location surveys for Positive Train Control (PTC), right-of-way surveys for acquisitions and easements, ground-truthing of LiDAR data to reconcile FLIMAP and other aerial-based data, and design surveys to facilitate rail construction. He has completed survey assignments on complicated projects for Canadian National, Union Pacific, Norfolk Southern and CSX Transportation. Mr. Williams’ strong railroad background makes him a valuable addition to any rail survey project.
