FEMA released a new Elevation Certificate in July, 2023. As of November, 2023, the old Certificate is retired and the new one is required for compliance. This presentation will cover the differences between the two. We will thoroughly dissect each section of the form utilizing the presenter’s thirty plus continuous years of dealing with the many iterations of this document.
