Dwayne A. Hall, PS, is Chief Executive Officer of Allegheny Surveys, Inc., a professional surveying firm with offices in West Virginia. He has nearly three decades of experience in the surveying profession and has spent the majority of his career with Allegheny Surveys.

Throughout his career, Dwayne has been involved in a wide range of surveying projects, with extensive experience in boundary and retracement surveying, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, topographic surveying, and construction surveying. His career has progressed from field surveying and project management to the leadership of Allegheny Surveys.

Dwayne has been actively involved with the West Virginia Society of Professional Surveyors (WVSPS) for many years and has served the organization in several leadership capacities, including as President. He remains active in professional education and in efforts to promote and advance the surveying profession.
