This class will review the 2021 ALTA/NSPS survey standards and the updates that were made to the 2016 standards, critical proposal language that should not be overlooked, and how to efficiently prepare an ALTA survey that will keep the lender and client happy. Additionally, the session will cover the perils and pitfall encountered along the way, especially with Table A items.
