It’s possible we haven’t yet received your membership dues. If you sent your dues but your registration rate isn’t reflecting this, check with the WVSPS office at wvsps@wvsps.org. If you have not yet sent your dues, you can renew your membership here.
You may also be registering with a different email address than what we have on file. The system will not recognize you as an active member. Be sure to use the same email address for your registration that you have registered with your WVSPS membership.
Currently, only members of the West Virginia society receive the member rate at Society events. If you want to join our society and take advantage of the member rate, click here!
You will be sent PDF copies of your PDHs after conclusion of the seminar by the WVSPS Admin Office after your attendance has been verified. This seminar would qualify for eight PDHs. Please note that the WVSPS Admin Office does not keep individual records of PDH.
You can request an invoice completing your registration and clicking the "invoice" button on the final page. You can also request one directly from the WVSPS Admin office by emailing wvsps@wvsps.org.

Yes, there will be handouts. Attendees will be emailed handouts two weeks prior to the seminars.
Attendee Cancellation Policy
Your registration fee, less a $50 US administrative fee, will be refunded when the WVSPS Business Office receives written notification before July 1, 2024. No refunds will be made after July 1, 2024.
Attendee Substitution Policy
Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the seminar and onsite. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information.
No meals are covered by your registration fee. Lunch will be on your own.
