Question: What is the cancellation policy?
Answer: WAS registrations are not eligible for a refund but can be transferred to another individual if requested.
 
Question: How do student IAMSE members get webinar access at no cost?
Answer: If you are an IAMSE student member, please contact support@iamse.org for details about registering at no cost.
 
Question: How/When do I get the connection information?
Answer: Connection information will be sent the Monday prior to each session for those who have registered for that session. If you do not receive the connection information, please check your spam folder and contact us at support@iamse.org to have it sent to you again.
