Jean Bailey, PhD, serves as the Assistant Dean for Faculty Development at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. Jean provides a variety of development activities to faculty teaching throughout the medical education curriculum. Jean graduated from the Higher, Adult, and Lifelong Education doctoral program at Michigan State University where she also received her master's in College and University Administration. Her research interests include faculty roles, gender studies, and work/life issues.
