Dr. Webster is a proud graduate of the ESME course and portfolio, which has shaped his approach to the following partial list of his experiences as an educator: Course Leadership of five medical school blocks (MS1 and MS2), co-facilitator of an Integration Seminar (MS3), and co-facilitator of a medical humanities small group (MS1 and MS2). He has also participated in numerous simulation activities for both MS1 and MS2 students. Finally, he has been a reviewer for the journal "Medical Science Educator" since 2013, and is an inaugural member of the Distinguished Reviewer Panel. Dr. Webster will serve as the workshop organizer and overall session facilitator.
