Dr. Kaur is a Co-Block Director for the General Principles and an Associate Block Director for the Anatomy, Histology and Embryology (AHE) blocks. She has also taught in the Advanced Ultrasound course. She is also a Co-Director for the Pedagogical Concepts in Medical Education course. She has received the President’s Team-Teaching award for the COA course, Dean’s Basic Science Teaching award for Year 1, President’s Team-Teaching Award for FMAT course, and Block Teaching award for COA. Her research is focused on transplantation and diabetes and has been highlighted in Nature Medicine and Biology of Reproduction, and was selected for the cover photo for Spermatogenesis and DNA and Cell Biology journals. Dr. Kaur will lead the ultrasound portion of this workshop.
