  • Question: What are the instructions for shippping to the hotel?
    • Answer: We will email instructions to all exhibitors in the weeks before the event but if you have specific questions or concerns, please feel free to contact support@iamse.org
       
  • Question: What is the room rate?
    • Answer: The room rate is $189 per room per night during the 2020 IAMSE Meeting. Additional persons can be added to each room for $20 per person per day.
 
  • Question: Are meals included with my registration fee?
    • Answer: Yes, meals are included with your registration fee.
 
  • Question: I can only attend part of the conference – do I still have to pay for the whole conference?
    • Answer: Yes, you must pay the full registration fee even if you only intend to stay part of the day.
 
  • Question: What’s the cancellation policy?
    • Answer: Your registration fee, less a $100 US administrative fee, will be refunded when the IAMSE Office receives written notification before March 15, 2020. Substitutions can be made. No refunds will be made after April 1, 2020.
 
  • Question: How do I obtain my receipt?
    • Answer: Once you've completed your registration, you can click the "Invoice" button on the final page. If you completed your registration previously, you can click "Modify Registration" at the bottom of this page and click the "Invoice" button on the final page. You can also request one directly from the IAMSE office by emailing support@iamse.org.

  • Question: What is the local time Zone?
    • Answer: Denver, Colorado is located in the Mountain Standard Time Zone.
 
  • Question: What is the local currency?
    • Answer: Local currency is the U.S. Dollar, and major credit cards are accepted in most establishments. Tipping is customary at 15-20%.  
 
  • Question: What is the outlet voltage?
    • Answer: American electrical outlets use 110-220 volts, 60Hz. Make sure to bring your converter!
 
  • Question: What is the weather like in Denver?
    • Answer: Temperatures in Denver in June are typically between 60 degrees Farenheight (15 degrees Celsius) and 90 degrees Farenheight (32 degrees Celsius).
