Michelle Moscova is a Team-Based Learning (TBL) Trainer/Consultant. She used TBL for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate programs in anatomy, patient safety and health law. Her current role, Program Manager, Learning and Change at Health Infrastructure NSW, involves strategic development, implementation and evaluation of state-wide learning & capability programs to support healthcare partners and staff delivering large-scale capital projects with the focus on health infrastructure that delivers meaningful benefits for patients and communities.. TBL is an integral part of this program. Michelle spent 20 years as an academic and researcher in medicine and health sciences, and practiced as an intellectual property litigation lawyer at an international firm. Her skills include learning program development, implementation and evaluation, staff development, health services and outcomes research, strategic leadership, teamwork, communication, negotiation, problem solving and innovation. Michelle's biggest strength is building and developing high-performing teams with a diversity of voices and experiences to facilitate innovation. Michelle chairs Team-Based Learning Collaborative (TBLC) Marketing Committee and serves on the TBLC Steering Committee.
