This interactive workshop introduces a paradigm shift focused on structural competency which incorporates the structural vulnerability of patients and structural humility of providers. We must ensure that educational materials are void of bias and that they recognize the structural challenges our patients face. This workshop seeks to describe this new paradigm and related concepts while empowering participants with tools to critically appraise and revise clinical cases/curricular content to promote inclusion and mitigate bias.
