Dr. Jill M. Weber is the Director of Communication for the Office of Graduate Medical Education and a Teaching Assistant Professor in the College of Health Sciences Education and Pathology at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Peoria. She has a Ph.D. in Communication Arts and Sciences from Penn State University, over fifteen years of teaching experience, and two teaching awards. Dr. Weber provides communication, leadership, and professionalism coaching and workshops for medical residents, faculty, programs, and healthcare teams. She also provides communication and well-being training and curriculum development to K-12, college, and MBA learners and educators through her educational consulting organization, the Center for Thriving.
