Milou Groenen is a fouth-year medical student at Radboudumc, Nijmegen, The Netherlands, with experience in the area of leadership as former Chair of the Students Faculty Board and Students spokeswoman in the Radboudumc Council of Education and Research. Aside from studies during residency, she is an active member of student participation committees, such as the faculty student council. Recently, she has participated in a minor on leadership at Radboudumc and she has performed a scientific project on leadership in health care as well. Currently, she is involved in a leadership project of the Radboudumc Health Academy with Michiel Schokking focusing on international cooperation in the setting of an institutional IAMSE membership
