This is a hands-on three-hour session that offers valuable insights from research and practice aimed to enhance the participant’s understanding of leadership and organizational change. The session will offer a framework and a model of how to lead and sustain change that promotes healthy, flourishing teams and cultures that can be applied immediately. Throughout the session, participants can relate and reflect what they learn back to the case, which will be used as a tool to drive reflection and discussion, and receive feedback of how to manage the change in their institutions successfully.
