Dr. Raquel Ritchie is an Associate Professor in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology with a focus on teaching in the College of Osteopathic Medicine at Michigan State University (MSU-COM). Her primary role is to develop and deliver content in biochemistry, genetics, and immunology to first and second year medical students as part of a teaching team. She is also involved in curriculum development. Currently she functions as the Co-Course Director for the Foundation of Biomedical Science for Osteopathic Medicine course. She also functions as the Biochemistry Thread Director for the MSU-COM pre-clerkship curriculum. She is based at the Macomb University Center, one of three sites of the College of Osteopathic Medicine.
