Cognitive integration of basic science and clinical medicine has been a common theme and challenge at annual IAMSE conferences and within our own institutions. While we all would like to achieve cognitive integration in the minds of our learners, real-world and pedagogical approaches to achieve cognitive integration are not commonly available. This faculty development course provides the solution to this challenge!
The purpose of this faculty development course is to, in a very practical and hands-on way, share pedagogical approaches and content designed to promote and assess cognitive integration of basic science and clinical medicine with conference attendees.
