As you can see, the passport has one box for each Focus Session block that occurs through the IAMSE 2025 Conference. For each Focus Session that you attend, you will either have a presenter, Session Coordinator, or member of the IAMSE Admin team add the appropriate abbreviation (listed below) to your passport. On Tuesday after the Focus Session block, if your passport has all four boxed filled and you complete at least one conference evaluation, you will be eligible for a drawing for one free year of IAMSE Membership*! All you will need to do is submit an image of your passport to this form. The form will be password protected and the password will be listed in all conference evaluations. During the Closing Ceremony, a winner will be randomly selected. You do not need to be present to win, but we would love to be able to congratulate you in person!

Question: Can presenters fill the square of their own Focus Session?
Answer: Absolutely!

Question: What is the purpose of the passport?
Answer: On Tuesday, any attendee who has filled all four boxes and has completed at least one conference evaluation will be entered in a drawing for one year of free IAMSE Membership.

Question: Do all four boxes need to be filled in order to be entered for the drawing?
Answer: Yes

Question: How do I turn the passport in?
Answer: Passports will be turned in using this form. The form will be password protected and the password will be listed in all conference evaluations.

Question: Will I need to be present at the Closing Ceremony to win?
Answer: No, but it is highly encouraged! The collection form will ask for attendees names and email addresses, so we will be able to track down the winner after the conference.

Question: I don't have a passport. What do I do?
Answer: If you are a guest, one-day attendee, or you are an exhibitor that indicated they would not be participating in any educational sessions during the conference, you will not receive a passport. If you are a full conference attendee and you did not have a passport in your registration packet, come to the registration desk and we will give you a new one.

Question: I attended a Focus Session but my passport square was not filled in. What do I do?
Answer: Stop by the registration desk and we will be able to help!
