Kelly Kovaric, MD served as co-course director of Dell Medical School’s Year 3 interprofessional education course, Service and Scholarship in Interprofessional Collaborative Practice, in which medical students build connections into the community via interprofessional community service learning projects. Kovaric developed a rubric to assess the impact of student projects to disrupt community health disparities. Kovaric has delivered interprofessional faculty development in regional and national medical education meetings.
